Norman Street will be offering A 5 week beginners Yoga course, starting on Wednesday 13th June from 6pm - 7pm, run by Tanya Coady in the school hall.  This will introduce the basics of Vinyasa Yoga, exploring alignment breathing (pranayama) postures (asanas) and relation (meditation).

 

The practice builds week by week working through fluid sequence movements such as sun salutation as well as standing and seated poses.

 

This course is suitable for absolute beginners and for those who wish to improve their practice.

 

The cost of this course will be £35 for the block or £9 per session We are limited to 20 places, so if you are interested in joining us, please contact Mrs Ramshaw in the school office to secure your place.  Block bookings will need to be paid for in advance via the school.
